easy spicy green omelette
This three-ingredient omelette is full of fat, spice, and flavor. It’s sure to keep you satisfied on busy mornings where you’re running out the door, and takes less than 5 minutes to make! All the ingredients can be found at Trader Joe’s!

  1. Start by heating a non-stick saute skillet for 2-3 minutes until medium hot.
  2. While your pan is heating, put your uncracked eggs into hot water to bring them to room temperature.
  3. In your pan, heat a pat of butter or spray some olive or coconut oil to grease the pan
  4. In a separate bowl, crack your eggs and whisk with a fork. This is where I like to get my aggression out usually.
  5. Pour into heated pan and push around with a paddle until egg is spread out and starts to cook
  6. Drop a tsbp of Zhoug sauce and a sprinkle of goat cheese into the omelette, and flip half of it over.
  7. Finish cooking, serve with green onions (that will make it four ingredients, so!) and salt and pepper.
