In a mixer, take room temp butter and cream it with your sugars.
Add one egg at a time, waiting until they are fully incorporated, then add the vanilla.
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder together and slowly add to the mixer (if you do this fast there will be cocoa powder EVERYWHERE. Please take my advice)
Mix in the Reeses and chocolate chips with the cookie dough.
Place in the fridge for 15 mins.
Take your cookie sheets and line them with parchment paper, and when the dough has cooled, roll them into balls and place on the cookie sheets.
Bake for 9 mins, making sure not to overbake. When they come out of the oven, place more Reeses on the tops of the cookies, and some extra salt if you’re feeling fancy.
