  1. pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. bring the pizza dough to room temperature, and sprinkle some flour on your pretzel making station.
  3. in a large pot, bring the water and baking soda to a boil
  4. separate your dough into four sections, and roll out into a long rope. twist into traditional pretzel shape (you can also make pretzel bites or pretzel sticks!)
  5. while the water is boiling, drop the pretzels in and let them boil for about 30-45 seconds
  6. transfer to a baking sheet (I used parchment paper, because I am careful and use it for everything) and bake for 25 minutes, or until pretzels are golden brown. serve warm

  1. in a small sauce pan, bring your beer to a boil
  2. mix in the sodium citrate until it’s all dissolved
  3. slowy mix in your shredded cheese, and whisk while it starts to melt. if you need to add more beer, add some to thin out the dipping sauce.
  4. season with your paprika and chili powder. enjoy!
